We present here some examples of the Miracle of the Quran: The Word “sahr” (month) is mentioned 12 times in the Quran, just as the number of month there are in a year. The word “yawn” (day), in singular, is mentioned 365 times in the Quran, just as the number of days there are in a year. The word “ayyam” (days), in plural, is mentioned 30 times in the Quran, just as the number of months there are in a month. Another example: The word “salawat” (prayers) is mentioned 5 times in the Quran, and the number of daily prayers mandatory for every Muslim are: A- Subh, A-Duhr, Al-Asr, Al-Maghrib, Al-Isha. The word and its antonym in the Holy Quran The word (its meaning): number of times its been mentioned in the Quran “al hayat” (life), 145 times “al mawt” (death), 145 times “al-dunya” (mundane life), 115 times “al ajira” (the afterlife), 115 times “malaika” (angels), 88 times “shayatin” (demons), 88 times “ar rajul (man), 24 times “al mar’a (woman), 24 times “ar raghba (wish), 8 times “al jauf (fear), 8 times “as salihat (good deeds), 167 times “as sayya’at” (wrong doings), 167 times “an nafaa” (benefit), 50 times “al fasad (corruption), 50 times Semantic field or words related with the Quran The word (its meaning): number of times its been mentioned in the Quran “al mosiba” (adversity), 75 times “shukr” (thanks), 75 times “al jahr” (in public), 16 times “alanya” (notoriety), 16 times “al aql (intellect), 49 times “an nur” (divine light), 49 times “al lisan” (tongue), 25 times “al maud’ia” (sermon), 25 times “ashshida” (pressure), 102 times “sabr” (patience), 102 times “qul” (say), 332 times “qalu” (said), 332 times “an nas” (people), 50 times “an nabiya” (prophets), 50 times “al muslimat” (Muslim women), 41 times “al muslimin” (Muslim men), 41 times “al yihad” (effort), 41 times “zakat” (alms), 88 times “baraka” (blessing), 88 times “al Rahman” (Merciful), 57 times “al Rahim” (Graceful), 114 times (2 x 57) “al yusr” (difficulty), 12 times “al usr” (ease), 36 times (3 x 12) “jazaa” (reward),117 times “marfira” (forgiveness), 234 times (2 x 117) The percentages of water and earth in our planet The word “bahr” (water) is mentioned 32 times in the Quran. The word “barr / ard” (earth) is mentioned 13 times in the Quran. Both words in Arabic mean “earth”. If we add the number both words “bahr” (water) and “barr” (earth), we get the number 45. (“water” = 32 times + “earth” = 13 times = 45 times) Now, we’ll do a quick calculation in order to obtain its percentages: The number of words “bahr” (water) divided by the total number of words “earth+water”, multiplied by 100% gives: (32 / 45 ) x 100 = 71,1111% The total of words “barr” (earth) divided by the total number of words “earth+water”, and multiplied by a 100% gives: (13 / 45) x 100 = 28,8888% With this simple equation, we have reached the miracle result that has been present in the Quran for 1431 years, but that has been recently discovered and contrasted by the scientific data. The percentage of Water in our planet is = 71,1111% The percentage Earth in our planet is = 28,8888% These are just some examples that show the incredible and inexplicable Miracle of Numbers. We have to take into account that there are many more in the Quran.” (41:53) We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. (11:1) Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book whose verses are perfected and then presented in detail from [one who is] Wise and Acquainted.
