I think the part that I would have found disrespectful if I were Megan was him saying that I'm saying mean or hurtful things. Like Megan's job is to critique the talent. And she simply stated that she wasn't as excited as she usually was and she felt like he may have over sang the song or just picked a bad song. And for him to call her out like in front of everyone. Nothing that Megan said after th battle was mean or hurtful. If she was saying rude things off the camera and jason was bothered by that he should have taken that to her in private. If he says that Megan was being hurtful then he's either too arrogant to understand not everyone is going to be impressed by him, or he's too soft to handle the bluntness and honesty that comes in the industry.
