Unity in the Body of Christ isn't paramount regardless of the cost. This is a mistaken premise of this exposition. Also, there's a need for further discussion regarding what unity REALLY means in the Scripture concerning the Lord's mandate to His Church. In the United States, differences or divisions on social issues on the Evangelical Church should be expected because Protestantism in this nation for the longest time now it has been an expression of culture and not Christian epistemology. It's a Culture Church not a Christian Church.

Your comment is the very evidence of the division that I think the speaker is addressing. Perhaps we should give unity a chance. Jesus in John 17 prayed that we may be ONE.

There are many fake Christians who cannot live in unity because they do not have unity with the God from which all love flows. That and baby Christians who may choose to remain a baby in the spirit their entire lives. There are no fully mature in spirit on this side of His return, but we should strive to get as close as possible. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, and self-control. We should all be growing these fruits as we exist as the branches in the True Vine, Jesus Christ.

Strange message. Began with a political message that was declared the equivalent of conservative Christianity. How is that not some strange form of politicized religion rather than the Gospel of the kingdom. He does what he bemoans. And I’m interested to know the essence of this Christian Nationalism debate. Charismatics have our own version rooted in perverted views of divine covenant. What are the sides here. I’ll listen more.
