The track is a raucous chorus-driven song celebrating a certain girl who is alluring, audacious, and mysterious. She is described as having "shoes like that" and being able to "steal everything she got". The chorus repeats the phrase "Do-Do-Do's," creating a rowdy, energetic atmosphere and referencing traditional Celtic-style music. The song goes on to describe a boy who has "bones like that" and "Could be [the girl's] regular belle." This interplay between the characters tells the story of a wild night out, filled with dancing and thievery, before ending with the refrain, "One for the Dagger, another for the one you believe." In this way, the song is a celebration of unbridled freedom and isn't limited to any particular meaning. It is a song about living in the moment and letting go of what's inhibiting you.

I'm from the US, I learned about this watching MTVs replay of either Isle of Wight or V-Fest 2007 or 8. this and 'Whistle for the choir'. I learned a lot of good new music from those shows.

She-maleFuckGirl same, we used to do "travelling" to it in dance, which is basically, moving in time from one corner of the hall to the other being as disgracefully sexy as possible. Also Sexy Back and I Don't Feel Like Dancing were the other two I heavily recall

I can thank the Chicago Blackhawks for getting me into this song. They blast it in the arena every time they score a goal. I could not stand it at first but it eventually grew on me and it led me here about a year ago. I have since then bought the album, Costello Music as well. Rest of it kicks ass as well. Great video as well! Thank you!
