I'm f2p player. I play the game casually from time to time. I quit it like 5 months ago, because when I finally bought my VI, I lost money in every battle I lost. Win/loss factors are mostly independent from me, what can I do with my friend if rest of our team are bots or retards? Nothing. But like month ago I heard it was changed, so I downloaded game again. I also learnt recently, that there is something like improved loading time, sight and stuff (last 3 +++ in the menu) and I can improve my tank more. So basically I played game on even harder level. Yeah, being a f2p player is a painful experience in WOTB but note that this also means you are a more skillful player unlike the kinds of players who probably bought gold with money and skip straight to tier 10 without gaining any skill or those who bought broken premium tanks. Yes there are people who skip straight to tier 10, I think you usually get your first tier 10 tank once at around 5000+ battles because there's this one player I met in a match who has the grille and they only have under 1800 battles. Like... how? I'm not sure if that player is using an alt account or what. Edit: Sorry just a lot of bottled up hate for p2w players. Also I do have like 4-6 premium tanks but I rarely use them. It's a principle of mines to show mercy to fellow f2p players. The only time I use those premium tanks is when I'm in a bit of a credit crisis.

As a free to play player, i dont agree. With good clan you can get about 200 gold every week. Even without spending money you can easily get some prem tanks for free because of events. And with prem tanks is easy to make millions of credits. After 1 and a half year of playing Ive manage to collect 13 premium tanks and about 10k gold without spending real money.

You can get a tier X on a fresh account in less than a month. f2p is a joke not a grind these days, it has never been this easy. With all the events and insane amount of exp flowing from boosters and whatnot, credits are usually the only issue you might have cause you can't keep up buying tanks, but once you get yourself one good premium then it's twice as easy. Grinding stock tanks and crew is non existent, just wait for any of the events that are available all the time and grind them in the events, much easier and faster, besides, anyone should have enough free exp to research more painful parts or tanks, unless you buy everything you can with free exp then that's your fault. F2p for 7 years and zero regret. Compared to most other games especially on android this game is nothing. Go play Diablo Immortal f2p and enjoy your soul being drained away as years of your life flash in front of your eyes before you achieve anything in this trash of a game.

the biggest mistake i see players make is selling tanks to get credits and the second is not using premium ammo and finally using cheaper consumables and provisions to save credits. oh and pls dont play tanks with bad base penetration
