Hi, I’ve been thinking about this pattern because I want a v neck button down. But I’d like long sleeves. Do you think it would be easy to hack by adding a rectangular piece of fabric and create gathers along grown on sleeve edge and cuffs.

Hi Lisa - It's possible that you might find some inspiration for this on IG. The sleeves are a dolman sleeve, so the possibilities are endless. Good luck!
