I'm following the development on Kriegsfront Tactics on Steam for a long time now and can't wait to finally get to play it. I'm starving for years for a proper Frontmission successor and looks very promising. Likewise, I hope the story is captivating, there is a reason people love FM3 to this day. My only concern are the generated maps, they seem to lack creativity and elevational terrain. I hope they use them for random encounters solely and have handcrafted maps for Story missions with memorial set pieces (remember the water dam or the abandon airport in FM). Those Handcrafted lvls also could force players into situational play styles to break up stagnant gear setup, mech composition or even victory conditions. I'm really excited for Kriegsfront Tactics. @@denizgungorur3640 there are a few hand crafted maps in the prologue, particularly in story related missions. I also hope this will remain the case for the rest of the game.

I was there at Dien Bien Phu when the VC's deployed log traps against our mechs... horrible times... UOC's got it easy.
