So I'm really confused with the Spacetime Beacon / raidtime window thing. Why is the server time provided to us if that knowledge has no practical use (that I'm aware of)? Also, if the raid time window is in local time, does that mean that when every player looks at a structure that reports the raid time that it converts it into the player's timezone before displaying? I just looked and you are right, it does seem to actually be local time but I can't figure out why server time is listed then... PS love the vids, thanks for making them :)

How exactly does the space time becan work? Does it totally prevent raiding unless during the 3 hour window? And how can you see when someone's base is open to raiding? Thanks

So it stops player raids unless it’s during the 3 hour time window after the first 24 hours. Once you put it down the first 24 hours it doesn’t protect anything after the first 24 hours the three hour time window takes affect. Go to the video and click on the timestamp for binoculars, so if you run up to other players structures, it’ll tell you when they can be attacked and the binoculars is a really good tool for this.

yo great Vids. can we some some PVP Base Builds me and my sqd are constantly struggling always seem to be on the back foot. and just getting blasted it feels like it does not matter what we do raiding a base in this game is just too easy or are we doing it wrong.

Kinda off topic but are the meat grinders working for you? On my server the mobs run right through without taking damage. I can stop them in the middle of two of them and I don’t see any effect. I’m on an official server. Barbed wire is the same way. Haven’t tried guillotine or pendulum yet. The shotgun trap also didn’t work for me

Meat grinders work good if your end room is grinders that end with a door way so the mob will stay still and att the door frame.

@@MrPlumloko so is the damage slow over time? I did my own testing where I put two meat grinders down, spawned a level 1 raid and stood blocking the mobs but they didn’t take any damage from the grinders….

That's weird. Dumb ? But you have plenty of power going to them? They stay spinning? It's like a tick of damage every 1 sec while there on.

I just unlocked the decrafting machine you can put unwanted items in it will give you raw materials cleans up the mess really

I tried pvp. Seems the China is owning the NA server I was on. Raided for no loot repeatedly. before I was even lv 23. * shrugs*
