Frost blade plus fire berserk and lots of crit items had me beating 2x champions in under 30 seconds. It's nasty. The little pull cyclone just sets up the melee combo but it otherwise a lackluster ult

Im a bit confused about what the meta-progression is in this game. Can you explain a little?

There isn't much meta progression in the game. You can level up runes. Beyond that the game leans much more into unlockable skills and relics that allow you to alter the starts to your runs.

@TomVsEverything interesting that's helpful. When you buy a spell in a run does that mean you can choose to start with it in a following run?

@@LifeTaker2424 Nope. The spells you purchase during your run with gold are just for that individual run. Outside of runs you can permanently unlock spells at Serjik. You get to select 1 Basic, 1 Signature and 1 Standard Arcana to start your runs.

@@AZ23MJ First one is great. You can't really go wrong but I enjoy the new shiny toys so I'd get this one as long as you are ok with Early Access.

First one has finished development years ago so if you're looking for more bang for your buck it's probably better. You will probably have a good time with it while waiting for this one to get more content in early access.

I havnet play WoL2 yet but seem the reivew on STEAM are quite negative compare with the success of WoL1 Would you know the problem of WOL2 resulted into that much negtaive reivew?, I wanna know before I start, Thanks!

@litinokid I've seen the reviews. The majority seem to be mad that this is not a copy and paste of the first game and instead borrows ideas from games like Hades. I think a lot of the reviews bashing this game are very unfair but that's just my opinion.
