i don't think your description of the high and low ISO setting is correct. H and L is not auto ISO with a range. It is set for L (extended ISO 100) and H (selectable for either 25600 OR 51200). I think you are mixing it up with the three AUTO iso pre-settings which can be selected for A.

Excellent review of the X pro 2. Best I have seen since the launch. Super detail and wonderful everyday image samples.

Thanks for an excellent review. I had been using three X-Pro1 cameras for shooting weddings. When I broke one of them, instead of repairing it, I replaced it with an X-Pro2. Great decision. Love the double memory card slots, weather resistance, and the improved auto focus.

Can you see the effects of the change in exposure compensation the viewfinder. You can on the XT10 and its really useful.

thank you for your video. Yeserday I jumped in fuji world. I got a Fuji Xpro2 and now I'm studying this fantastic camera. I have a question: can I control shutter speed and aperture from rear and front dials if my lens has aperture ring (xf 16-55 2.8)? I can control S.S. selecting T on top S.S. dial but what about aperture? Thank you

There are many X-PRO2 reviews on KZbin. To my opinion this is one of the best! Well done,

the best Fuji XPRO2 review. actually explaining why you may want to choose this rangefinder type camera over something like traditional dslr design (XT1)

can you ditch a dslr for an X-Pro2 I wonder??? it is always mentioned as a very portable camera, but it does look big though...
@rafdegreve6 жыл бұрын
ha thanks for coming back. now, "replacement" is maybe incorrect. I surely want to be more portable, and have a camera that I DO want to bring more often with me, you see. thinking about the X-E3 or X-pro2, and the X-pro2 surely due to its awesome X-factor :) I currently have a nikon dslr d600 with 24-70... and I'm afraid that with the X-pro2 I again end up with a camera too big to bring with me all the time??

No articulated monitor? No deal! There are many excellent cameras out there. The X Pro 2 is not a stand out camera. It just manages to catch up with the current crop.

On my X-pro2 with 35mm f2 lens (only one I tested) there's a one click difference on the diopter between the EVF and OVF. Fuji says this is normal. NORMAL? REALLY? This is not a cheap camera and this can and should be calibrated in software on the EVF side. They won't do anything unless the get many complaints. Check yours. If you have the issue CALL Fuji Support and complain.

Isn't anyone else bugged by the angle dip on the dial deck? Makes the whole otherwise beautiful and functional design look...well..."dippy. Why does a Leica M10 or even Fuji's own X100F look more serious? No dippy non-functional design "flares." I've tried to leave a comment for Jun Sato but there's no way to contact him. Fuji listens, but apparently only to pros on their list. If anyone else agrees with me please try to get through to Fuji design team before the X-Pro3 design is locked in.
