Awesome interview! Like you, I thought the first Flint was pretty solid but at the same time Retro Flint is still my most anticipated figure of the year. I guess it’s because it would have been easy for the team to not revisit him since the first one was quite good. The fact they are diving into a retro version shows that the team isn’t holding back to make sure there is a version that appeals to entire collector community. Can’t wait to see what they came up with.

Chris, THANK YOU!!! That last question needed to be asked about the success of the Rattler and going even bigger. We want DREAM PROJECTS too, and right now the Star Wars line holds the record. I know they're kind of hesitant to speak on it, BUT...we can (and will) support even larger Haslabs than the Rattler. Interesting note, the retractable "skis" on the Hydrofoil could double as it's own display stand! Imagine the displays and dioramas built around some of these Haslabs. They essentially become deluxe playsets.

Thank you, Lenny! For acknowledging that some of us want cartoon looks and not just new action figures that look like the old ones. If I wanted action figures that looked like the old action figures instead of the cartoon, I'd just buy the vintage figures! Everything is already available so there'd be no waiting and hoping you make something. I know I'm in the minority, but I mostly want figures that look like the figures I wish they had made when I was a kid...that look like the characters in the actual media.

Love Classified! I have so much of it! Bring back Emily to the livestreams please. Also, either fix the glasses or make them molded on as part of the face. Do this for sure when you do Retro Buzzer because my Buzzer is garbage...I don't see how I fix it so it displays in a way I like...so Ripper has not made it into the display either, and I'm less eager to buy more 'Noks. Will still get Torch and Monkeywrench of course, but no desire to expand the team when I can't get a decent Buzzer. Same with Lowlight. Please make the goggles molded as part of the headsculpt. I was on the fence with him so long that I missed him now...because his head looks so weird the way his goggle strap sticks out so much farther than the hat. Please consider making some of the vehicles with no drivers. There's been a few times I'd have bought another vehicle or two had the price not been jack-up by the "required" figure. :)

That “chrome stripe” is actually reflective material used to identify the firefighters in lower visibility settings. As is often the case.

We're still getting gummy bent weapons? Can we do better on the paint apps? Why did the poseability of Nemesis get overlooked? And while I'm on my soap box, no one is happy that DHL is roughing up our figs during shipping. Other than that, brilliant interview. I love the Classified line! Thank you!

I like the idea of the Anniversary/Legacy figures and I like the look of all of them but I have not managed to find space in my toy budget to get them at the increased price point.... However, if you want to continue that price point after you finish the first responders, you could always do band members and their instruments...start with Cold Slither, maybe Satin...but then backdoor in us some Holograms and Misfits! I'd buy that for a dollar!
