The waxing process and investment techniques using a disc cutter helped me tremendously under stand the monolithic disilicate process of investment . Obviously being why they are the dearest crowns money can buy? Presumably? Are disilicate crowns the dearest?

The waxing process is certainly detailed. You are making it look second nature. Helped me so much understand the process . Thankyou. So basically once the plaster model is pinned . Then you can go to the waxing up and investment stage ?

Great video Mr. Luke and congratulations Grace, it shows almost every detail of the process, it's incredible that you didn't get any reaction layer, is it due to the investment or the temperature of the furnace when pressing? What media was used for sandblasting, glass beads? What size and pressure? Love your work and I wish to get a chance someday to visit your lab.

Really interesting to see the whole process through to investment technique.. Thankyou so much Dr Luke. Is this standard technique for e max preparation or zirconium crowns? Or can they just be CAD milled standard zirconium from computer tomographic images ? Zirconium can be CAD milled but lithium disilicate can't be CAD milled basically yes?
