I believe he is human, I used to think otherwise because of his helmet shape but katagawa copied his suit, plus he states “why does everyone get all weird about my hands” so he might just have a defect or just lost em in battle, and he has a crush on Lorelei,doesn’t mean much but cross breeding between species isn’t familiar to borderlands.
