I watch one of these videos before my Tuesday and Thursday gym workout. Bob's words are so powerful and energizing, reminding me that the only limits are the ones I place on myself. The boys made me realize that every workout is an opportunity to push my boundaries and become a better version of myself, not just physically but mentally too. The message that progress in golf is like progress in life, and no matter how small, it still gives momentum to get through the next day that bit better. This really stuck with me and motivated me to get up and start moving. Now, every time I feel like giving up, I think back to an eating challenge video where the boys persevered and never gave up and it fuels me to keep going.

Great to see you guys play this course! I played there a lot back in early 90s. It was called Waveland back then. My best golf story happened there one afternoon when I got paired up with Greg Maddux, Mike Morgan and Ken Patterson, all pitchers for the Cubs. It was a game day, but none of them pitched. Had a great time playing with them, good dudes. My only regret was I didn't have Maddux sign my scorecard. Should have known he was destined for the HOF.
