Sadly, Mainframe Studios (formly Rainmaker) already left the project before they got started, thus putting the plans for a movie on a limbo. However, PlayStation Productions might have a possibility to have Sly Cooper released as a TV series after doing so with the Last of Us and the Uncharted movie. So there is a little hope for the Cooper Gang to return.
