She was a _stray cat_ that the other family was feeding and trying to capture. Kareem and FiFi did capture her, spayed/got her, her vaccinations, gave her a home, and is building a rapport with her.

I agree with you she let them catch her but not the other family and they're doing all the work taking her to the vet paying all the bills I think this girl belongs with them no matter what are those other people going to keep her indoors from now on there is no better family than where she's at right now

The other people have been feeding her for 6 months. When they met with them, it was obvious how much they love her. Teenage boy almost cried when he saw her. They are 1st time cat owners but they are trying their best. They are doing the right thing and they live right across the street so they will get to visit her frequently.

A while back I had commented it would probably be best for Nomi to return to the people who were feeding her outside. I don't think that anymore, and I commented on the video where Nomi went to get spayed that Fifi and Kareem should keep her- they caught her, got her all her meds, spayed, etc, and now Nomi is attached to Kareem and Taji and Fifi and slowly Skye . Millie cares about her and Chase is not aggressive. If the people who originally fed her had trapped her,brought her to a vet, got her treated and spayed and microchipped, that would be a different story. They can adopt from a shelter if they truly want a kitty, and they can watch Nomi living her best life on your channel. I know that apparently the children were upset, but that doesn't mean you need to give her up. If the kids mother really wants them to have a cat and all of the responsibilities that go with adoption, she can adopt from a shelter. I was wrong before, and I acknowledge it.

💯 Owning a cat is more than just taking selfies, occasionally feeding it, and playing only when you're available. Responsibility comes with the fun. It's a full time job, the commitment is the same as raising a kid, which means making sure basic needs are met, they get medical care and treatment, are microchipped, spayed/sterilised, get attention when they need. I hope they have learnt their lesson when they take on another cat. Kareem and Fifi have put in a lot of effort and money, and are the best parents for Nomi. She is well settled in their home. You can tell she loves it there. When she first came, after her hunger issue was resolved, even with her medical issue of tapeworms, and there being other cats and a toddler to boot, never did she ever thought of running away. She didn't crawl or scratch at the patio doors to be let out from Kareem and Fifi's home. So the excuse the so called owners said of her being an outdoor cat is NOT TRUE. She just didn't want to be somewhere she wasn't happy, safe or well looked after. People are talking about the children being upset. They are TEENAGERS. What about how Nomi feels? She was upset enough to run away from that place and rather be on the streets starving and was at risk of being attacked by coyotes rather than go home to those people. What does that tell you? The teenagers will be leaving home soon anyway. They are grown up. And if they are so desperate to have a cat, then they can adopt from the shelter and l hope they have learnt their lesson and treat the 2nd cat much better. Nomi is happy where she is. If the owners really care about her, they can stop with their selfishness and let her stay where she is because that's the best place for her.
