Jalileh words of wisdom, I had a c section for my son. It was an emergency and I had a hard recovery. Use a firm pillow to hold against your stomach to rise up from bed or to sit. It helps also when you breast feed. Don't get frustrated with breast feeding too because having a c section affects that too.. Start feeding your baby as soon as you are up to it. It makes your milk flow. Have patience with yourself and your healing as every one heals differently. It took me almost a year to feel normal. Big air hugs and congrats to your new family!! I was mad at Sammy when he wasn’t sensitive to Jellila’s need at the hospital in the process of her giving birth. I think people have different maturity level. He seems a good hearted person probably didn’t know how to act, maybe he was laughing because he was nervous. I am happy for them. Congratulations 👏🏾

@@zimasubhan8116 some people when they are stressed they cannot stop eating, other workout or some film, just to do something that can be comforting to them and release the stress. We cannot juge someone action because they don't act the way we are expected them to act. What's matter is to know if she is okay with or not, and if not, I am sure he will do better next time if he has any consideration for his wife.

Put a bottle of hand cream next to the hand soap . Just a little advice from a mom . My husband's hands were dry and from all the hand washing . Tell someone to make sweet halwa with lots of nuts and raisins, especially almonds, as it's very good for healing Jalila. Tell them to make it a bit greasy but flavorful. It is known to heal her wounds from inside. I've had 5, so I know all these things.
