Have you tried pea milk? The brand in the US is Ripple. It's made out of yellow peas, tastes yummy, and works well in baking and my at-home coffee drinks. I have an issue with US oat milk (brand Oatly) mixing well with coffee.

Hi, no on Pea Milk. I did not like Oatly either so hope I can get to try Ripple's Pea Milk sometime....

In the US, we use pasteurized & homengenated fresh milk mostly. But I prefer fresh raw milk.
