omg its soooo annoying because smaller companies work harder so they can make more money and once they are making enough money they just stop working hard. hoyo doesnt wanna work hard anymore because their money is already up and now we have to suffer for it😒

yea it definitely feels like hoyo lets off the gas at times, but im rlly lovin what they’re doin wit zzz. hopefully they continue to work hard on star rail 🙏🏾 but yea i hope more games in the gacha space continue to give back and lock in for the community. i’m a big fan of how shift up has handled nikke thus far, constant new content and rewards make it such a fun experience

Going through HI3: the in-game cutscenes (like the Welt & Acheron) being stagnant has been something Hoyo has never prioritize. The most fluent one of their games is ZZZ and even than, it's still done in the Hoyo manner of Visual Novels. It largely comes down to the heads of Hoyo who put far more emphasis on their philosophy rather than sole presentation unless it's full fledge animation. I'd love for more dynamic presentations in their story, but going through Hoyo's titles have shown me that it has never been a big priority. Truthfully, I'd prefer them trimming down on a lot of the bloat that comes with their writing as the stagnant cutscenes are far egregious with how long you're sitting there listening them to go back and forth repeating points (let alone offering a skip function for those who aren't even going to bother with it).

Yes, and all of a sudden we CANNOT ask or expect anything from a multibillion company according to some hoyoshills. Looking at same lame ass default animations of idle position in genshin and hsr is tiring. Wuwa is a breath of fresh air.

16 at the least if they do about 2 per patch. This isn't to account for any 4* or if one patch has just 1 character. So not far from FGO truth be told.
