I see alot of scope for Insuretech as the future is in artificial intelligence and people are more educated on Insurance. Transparency is what makes Insuretech great

Very informative panel and well spoken however I have a concern, will digital disruption in the insurance industry lead to concentration risks in that too much use of third parties especially when you bring in ecosystems thus customers may not know the risk carrier or where to go in case they need help how will you address this?

This is so focused on operational improvement (decreasing costs etc etc)! why didn't they focus more on using data to change their competitive strategy or re-imagine the business and experience for consumers? We already know a company can build-in house/buy/partner with an insurtech startup (pros/cons), I don't know why she even mentioned that. They should have talked about their specific examples of innovation, why they chose a certain route, and what were their results.
