JC isn't the messiah. He fulfilled not one thing foretold by the prophets. Did he bring world peace? No, he did not. There are wars everywhere and have been since the day JC died. Did he bring universal knowledge of G-d? No, he did not. Atheism and agnosticism is commonplace. Did he gather the Jews from the diaspora into the Holy land? No, he did not. There are more Jews in Los Angeles than there are in Jerusalem. Did he build the third temple? No, we don't have a temple now. So JC has failed the mission of mashiach.
