Good points you made here , basically D pharm course which is 2 yr diploma should be scrapped by PCI Reduce the number of B Pharm seats by 40 % this will open up more scope in industry for B Pharm Make Pharm D position compulsory in medical colleges, civil hospitals and places with more than 300beds

@@gen-z6879 USA did it , B Pharm course was discontinued in 203 I think , PharmD is the entry course into Pharmacy there . If USA can do it then why not India ?

Pharm.D can be eligible for specific posts but discontinuing full course is not a good idea for India now or in near future.

Ya B.Pharm is a good course and you will learn everything about medicines, their manufacturing, pharmacology and ADR etc. If you are interested in studying these topics than you will enjoy your B.Pharm time. You should check B.pharm syllabus to understand what will you study in this course and if you want to know about the scope & future of pharmacy than you can watch more videos on my channel.
