This was so enjoyable to watch. At first it was a bit disturbing but I understand how hard it can be when one spouse is causing destruction, you are trying to care for a baby and it all starts to feel overwhelming and depression takes hold.

I’ve done that - when we had our kitchen done there was a problem with the sink, had to wait for a new one to arrive from Denmark. Had no choice but wash my dishes in the tub for a few weeks.

Confession. Their living room is like mine. I have a bed/futon for my kids to sleep on in there. They have rooms. We just live in a house that was built in 1863, and they’re convinced the upstairs is haunted 😂. I can’t bear to make them sleep somewhere that they don’t feel safe

I will tell you something after having worked where housing is supplied to homeless people, it ends up just as bad or worse than this. Even if they are given furniture etc they pull trash from dumpsters including items with visible bed bugs and move I into their house. The way the encampments look, is exactly how the home ends up looking. And there are many that actually refuse housing because they don't want to have to meet housekeeping standards etc.
