Just want to say we hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and are surrounded by great family and great games. Make some new memories this holiday season with those you love, because those memories are some of the greatest gifts we can give each other. ON a side note, I'm currently printing out stamps to send the blu-rays out first thing tomorrow. After 2 months we just got them in on monday. There are a lot so we are doing them in waves, but my priority is getting them out asap. Now go play Mario 3.

Billy showing how respectable he can be in this ep. He owned up to being caught slippin, he asked for toys even tho Melvor was callin bullshit that he never does, he was up at 5am right on time when Melvor wasn't even out of bed yet and he got some XE games that he has memories of with his dad. Respect earned.

By far the best gaming channel on KZbin. There's not even a close 2nd. Honestly when I watch your guys episodes I feel like I'm watching a network TV show and often forget I'm watching KZbin which isn't anything against KZbin because it's mostly what I watch but I feel like Billy and Jay are very likable and seem like great guys. Years ago when I started watching episodes I would fly through 6 episodes like I'm binge watching a Netflix show. I'll wrap it up but really if anyone reads these comments for a sense of opinion then just watch it you won't be disappointed at all. Keep up the amazing work guys and thank you

Good episode guys. I think Billy sums up a really great point in this video. For video game collectors, the most valuable things we can have is the memories we have with specific video games. Our memories will always be unique for every individual person and try as hard as we can, they can't ever be replicated or duplicated. I'm glad to see you get a game that you have a lot of fond memories for when it comes to playing games with your dad. I remember being 9 to 10 years old and watching a lot of violent r rated action films with my dad. Some of my best memories I have with him to be perfectly honest.

GBA was amazing i agree with Melvor, and Golden Sun totally surprised me! I got it on a whim because i loved the art style on the back of the box, i remember i was working my first real job at a local amusement park called Enchanted Forest and i would sneak in a battle here or there between riders lol. The system was perfect for pausing and putting into your pocket, i remember thinking it was the greatest damn handheld ever at the time, and i still love that damn thing!

The Commodore 64 definitely brings back my chilhood memories, the same way you talked about with the Atari XE. But one day it just vanished from our house, who knows where it ended up. My first console was the Atari XE...and I was totally bummed about getting it from my folks for Christmas as I really wanted a NES. But, I had a lot of good times with that console...Mario Bros, built in Missile Command, excellent ports of Donkey Kong and Ms. PacMan...and despite nearly selling it off a few times over the years for $20 or so, I still have it today, with a box that has been pissed on by my dog, about a dozen games, the keyboard and joysticks, the gun that never shot straight plus Bughunt, and it is a nostalgic gem in my collection.

No this episode is just different from the rest. The pace is super slow. Little to no action. Most of the features are on the characters but each instance is frivolous instead of exciting. It's not the normal episode and people who watch regularly can see that.

@TheGameChasers7 жыл бұрын
Sure in normal circumstances. However, when shooting a show like this, I would be doing the audience a disservice if I didn't express my excitement, or talk about why I want the games in that garage footage. There are certain sacrifes we have to make in order to make the best video possible, and sometimes showing our hand is one of them. I dont want to edit myself to safe a few bucks.

My best friend in grade school had a game that was his holy grail. Could not for the life of him remember the name but had vivid memories of playing it when he was younger (we were in 7th grade at the time.) He constantly would tell me he felt like he may have dreamt it and recount what he remembered to me so I could help find it. He found it and bought it on PSN for his PSP by the time we were late into high school. Was pretty sick. I always wished I could have been there to see his face when he found it. Game was Threads of Fate, btw, for PS.
@Muffinocalypse7 жыл бұрын
And now that I am looking at the dates for the game, he would have played it in 1999 when he was 8 and found it in 2011 when it was released on PSN when he was 20. So after high school. Took him a long time!
@zackschilling43767 жыл бұрын
Id love to find an Atari XE. I havent had much luck lately. My brother fond a really nice deal : SNES, NES, 4 boxed SNES games (SMB All Stars, DKC 2, Dr Mario/Tetris, and Yoshii's Island) a few SNES cart only - TMNT4, JP2. NES games - SMB 3 , DK Classics, 1 or 2 more games. All for 30 bucks. He finds stuff like that all the time. He travels for his jobs and ends up in the sticks sometimes. That 30 buck deal was local though (NWI/Chicagoland area). Someone over heard him asking a person at a garage sale if they had any older games, and they said they did.
