Of course they are. Most flea markets are like this. They're worse than ebay in some situations. I just can't understand the mentality. Saw a vendor selling sun bleached Atari 2600 games for $10ea. I laughed and walked away. It's clear he doesn't actually want to get rid of them. That or he's too stupid to understand that not making sells means you aren't making money. No one will buy those games @ $10. I wouldn't even pay $1 for them. Here in Texas(and most likely in California) a lot of these vendors are illegals.
