I spotted that when they saved someone it jumped from 16 seconds before Delirious could return to about 5 seconds. So when they save someone while you're waiting for re spawn it speeds up your return.

It’s weird how ohm places mine and bombs down everywhere without warning, killing all members of the team constantly is not too bad, but Delirious throwing bombs directly at the the killer, warning the melees but they refuse to listen, and only killing a few melee people is insulting, something tells me it’s only a problem when melees are exclusively dying, but I do find it funny from the irony.
