You should look at everything! Screen, map, ammo count, health, team mates health. What you do is quick cross checks from the center. Minimap is your greatest tool to understand where enemies are, you dont need a UAV for that: By constantly looking at it, you can eliminate sightlines that your teammates cover -> dont have to look there. You check rotations, building layouts, if contracts dissappear, cars, etc. When a teammate shoots someone, you don't have to ask where the enemy is, just look where his arrow points to. Many more things like that ...
