Honestly I like Game’s music I like some of his songs, but what my thing about him is that he is way too cocky and arrogant about himself. Game outsold 50 between the years 2008-2016. For example Games LAX album in 2008 outsold G-Units 2008 album and outsold 50's 2009 album Before I Self Destruct which struggled going gold. 50's last album that went #1 was in 2005, Games last was in 2011 and he continued to have success in hip hop into the 2010's while 50 at this time damn near retired. Game has 9 albums that debuted in the top 10, 3 that went #1 that's one more than 50 and has three albums that debut at #2. Game proven in the late 2000's into the 2010's he was a better rapper than 50 but these years are forgotten and we just go back to talking about their first albums. 50's Animal Ambition album in 2014 which had a video to every song failed to chart higher, sell more copies than or be as successful as The Games The Documentary II in 2015.. Game carried the West Coast years before Kendrick. Game should be considered an equal in hip hop to 50 who still lives off the legacy of his first album

Game is such a talented rapper. I feel like he tried to replicate multiple great rappers by coming in and welcoming beef with big artists, except it was badly executed. You can’t come into the rap game dissing Jay-Z, then turn on 50 Cent/G-Unit at that time when they was the GUYS. How many people are going to work with you if you’re doing stuff like that without even establishing yourself first

@Ali Chaudhry that’s true, but 50 ended up being way more successful than Game. That’s why I say his attempt at replicating what 59 did was poorly executed. Game was already a household name when he turned on 50 and was going at Jay. 50 wasn’t up yet. I just think it was a bad business move going at G-Unit when they were so hot and Jay who was/is HIGHLY respected when Game was already getting established. I think it looks worse when you go at 2 of the hottest artist when you’re already got your foot in the door of being a star. Pair that with fact Game was calling out Jay when he didn’t even have a album out yet??It’s more of a red flag on you as a person let alone a artist. I personally wouldn’t want to work with him when he’s doing all of that. You know?

This beef started because he wanted Hov on the documentary and for whatever reason he refused. I think game felt entitled to a collab because of jay’s relationship with Dre, em, snoop and even 50, he thought this would be a lock for the album.
