I couldn’t even begin to tell you my dream last night because of this. It was incredible and I hope you create more like it. The sounds in the back are almost unsettling but peaceful enough, similar sounds to where my brain made something unbelievable while I slept. I’ll try to run down real quick. I deliver as job in real life. The dream was my son’s dad, me and my son taking a ride in my car while my boyfriend drove it and for some reason he was the one delivering the last order. It was at some type of house right on a dock. It was a full moon, very dark and all you saw was the reflection of the moon of the water(not sure if it was the ocean or a river), but the sun also illuminated the body of water. For some reason my bf asked my to climb some giant pillar, metal pillar to figure out where exactly the opening to this house was. As I climbed I realized how high I was and I’m afraid of heights and started panicking causing the “pole/ pillar) to be unsteady and wobble and I found out it wasn’t a sturdy metal after all. It started wobbling down and I grabbed onto a large metal crate that I believe was almost like a large trash can and the lid fell out and I wa terrified was I had the upper part of my body, mostly just elbows balancing in this can type of thing. My son was screaming for his dad to help me but my bf never answered;I guess he was finding the house to deliver. Next thing I know (I think it’s due to one of the sounds you added) a huge cryptic could be heard flying with it’s loud huge wings flapping in the distance while I’m stuck about twenty or so feet or more in the air holding on for dear life. I realized it was a giant pterodactyl many many many feet long. It was humongous, was bigger than the dock we were on. My son was trying to save me but was helpless and this creature started circling around me, it started from The top of the pillar I was on a circled all the way until it got close to ground, close for Him because he was so giant. I’m not sure if it brought me down or I slid down but I remember watching it circle from the top all the way to near the ground and just flap its wings about ten feet from the ground. My son must have been mesmerized and me and decided if we go & it takes our lives, he’s at least going to face this creature. Suddenly the creature looked him dead in the eyes with a large beak type of mouth and licked him. Its tongue was similar to that of a hummingbird and it just flew away towards further down above the water where it came from in the sky. I almost believe he was there to protect us & let my son know he was there to help. It was a beautiful dream. Finally his dad arrived and we started to drive away, we said some things(that aren’t important because it had something to do with the job) and though we pulled Out with the car we suddenly were walking on one of the walkways with tiny steps & then you walk about ten feet and there’s tiny steps that go a little higher each time and so on until youre at a lone dark street with only one street lamp, I supposed to illuminate the dock slightly for anyone walking at night but that’s only light on on the lone street in the middle of what seemed like nowhere where this house was & there hiding by each little step were sleeping birds, looked like sparrows and a bit larger ones, idk what kind they were. The birds started chirpin at my son because they were mad he would step on them and they put their wings up in a x shape to protect themselves & his dad said “Gav you’re gonna step on them watch where you’re stepping” my son replied “I see them dad”. And I woke up. I wish you could see what I saw.

Thank you so much for your comment-it truly motivates me, because making these kinds of videos isn’t always easy, and I’m constantly discovering new ways to create them. I’ll try to break down your dream a bit, but I believe listening to this kind of frequency really helps you experience your deeper self. The music and the frequency fuel your brain, allowing for clearer, more vivid dreams. The unsettling yet calming quality of the sounds can place you in a state of both relaxation and mystery, paving the way for powerful symbols like the pterodactyl. In your dream, you’re on that pillar, needing assistance, yet no one comes to your aid. This could translate into an inner question: “Am I truly supported?” Meanwhile, your child is there, calling out for help, observing, and even defending you against the beast. It seems like he represents both your vulnerability and your innate strength at the same time-two sides of you that come together when facing the unknown. Something else worth noting is the interplay between the moonlight and the water, and how that shimmering reflection lights up the darkness. Symbolically, water often represents emotional depths, while the moon can be linked to subconscious insights. It’s like your conscious and subconscious minds are meeting halfway, revealing hidden fears and new perspectives you might not have noticed otherwise. In those moments, even if outside support feels distant, your dream suggests there’s an inner protector at work-whether it’s the pterodactyl or the courage reflected in your child. There’s also a subtle message about paying attention to small, vulnerable things-as represented by the little birds. Sometimes we rush through life and inadvertently “step on” delicate parts of ourselves or others. Your dream seems to remind you that mindful awareness of these fragile elements can lead to a deeper sense of compassion-both for yourself and for those around you. Finally, there’s a question about trust and the roles people play in your life. The presence of both the father of your son and your new partner might signal a transition phase, where you’re asking, “Who really has my back?” This dream can be an invitation to reflect on how each person supports (or doesn’t support) you, and to recognize that even if human help is uncertain, you can rely on your own internal strength-and perhaps even a higher, more mysterious guiding force-to carry you through times of instability.

Wow! I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed reading about the dream and then your break down of her dream, which in itself was nothing short of amazing! I’m having to hold myself back from spilling out a recurring dream/nightmare that I’ve had periodically throughout my life, but I was looking for study music and I doubt you have the time or interest. … Anyways thanks to the both of you! 🕊️❤🕊️❤️🕊️❤️

Thank you so much for your kind words-it really warms my heart to hear that you enjoyed both the dream itself and my breakdown of it! I truly believe these frequencies can open up a space where our deeper selves come to light. I’m actually here precisely for this reason: to help people explore their dreams and possibly uncover meaningful insights. If you’d like to share your recurring dream or nightmare, I’d be thrilled to hear it and analyse it.

@@SoothingBounce that wa so beautiful! I do feel alone especially since me and his fathers relationship has been teetering and my son is always by my side, even when me and my son bicker. Made me teary eyed 🥹. Thank you! I honestly didn’t think you’d reply so this was a pleasant surprise. Just thought I’d let you know it gave me a dream I’ll remember forever.

I found this video this morning, and this would have to be daytime background music for me. I LOVE wind chimes, but I couldn't sleep to this. However I might have to try, with it super low, that my subconscious would hear it. I will post again tomorrow to let you know how it went

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s completely understandable that it didn’t help you sleep initially; everyone’s subconscious responds differently to various frequencies and sounds. Trying to play it super low so that your subconscious can gently absorb it sounds like a great approach. I’d love to hear how it goes for you, so please do post an update tomorrow!

Gamma is used for concentration and studying. Delta is for sleeping

The low background noises was a bit annoying i'm afraid. I would have prefered just two seperate tones and the binaural beat of 40hz without the added chimes or chant

Thanks for the review. I was trying to make something new, to go against the established knowledge and question whether relying solely on binaural frequencies might have been too simplistic. If you have any other suggestion that would be Lovely 😌.

@@SoothingBounceout of the box is not always necessary as i'd prefer just two diff sounds to equal 40hz. this is just too cluttered & noisy makes you confused not focused. like going into someones home and they have too much clutter everywhere, i find that strange and stressful - suggesting a cluttered home = a cluttered mind. thank you

It will be my next video, a delta frequency for people to sleep
