The Gap IDMS round 3 2024

Highlights from round 3 of the IDMS 2024.

Races can't run without the likes of the GAP MTB Club, Gravity BC with the timing system and crew. Head Marshall Jo Jennings rounding the troops and getting everybody into position on the hill. The Order of Malta providing top quality medical assistance. The Irish Downhill Board which is ran completely independently and voluntary. The Off Road Commission who paid for the overall trophies, the vendors, the spectators, Photographers, the racers and the staff at the GAP. It takes a village people! Thank you also to DLR Co Co for their continued support!
Bit of a controversial ending to the race season when the trophies were given out before the time penalty deliberation had taken place. This was a short sight at the end of a long day and we apologise to anyone who was affected by this. Lesson learned for next year, and who knows, maybe a little GAP MTB Winter league is on the cards before then!
