Fully understood, my wife did until the last academic year the same role as you in an adjoining county. It’s a nightmare. Hope all went well, and when allowed you can find a way of dropping the outcome phrase into your weekly vlog. Enjoy this week as well.

Totally understandable. I've toyed with the idea of making KZbin videos but appreciate how much work they involve. Would like to make a workshop tour video, as I really enjoy watching those, even if they're just a one-off deal. It's a shame the algorithm puts so much pressure on content makers to stick to deadlines or risk their channel drifting into obscurity. I always make an effort to like & comment on my favourite channels. I will occasionally run the videos in the background & give them a like, just to help out, even if I can't really find the time to watch (not your channel, just generally). Now I know you're a headmaster I feel the need to double-check the spelling & grammar of my comments :p

Hi Roger, hope your well ,did not know you a head teacher in a high school very very busy job, we understand your job has priority ,hope you inspection goes well , not being ignorant but what is a offsted inspecton, don't know that one. Thank's for this video Take care

Hope your inspection went well. I understand now why sometimes you sound as though you’re talking to young children! Note, this is not a criticism or complaint, just an observation. When are you going to actually make something other than a bench or garage cupboard?
