Master Gardener from Georgia - excellent presentation on the use of different products that one can used in their gardens to control unwanted pests. This was a very informative discussion that even an experienced gardener may not have been aware of. This is extremely important for new gardeners. Thanks for using your Master Gardener skills to inform the public.

I am so glad you are coming to Va Windens! I live in Napa and do most of my plant shopping there. It has been so fun watching your videos. Please, I talk to them about carrying Proven Winners plants. They are so difficult for us to find here and buying online gets expensive. I hope you are feeling better and not in too much pain. I am so grateful for your channel and have learned so much from you. Would you consider doing a meet-up?

Great video! Pleeeeaaase do go back and have a conversation about dormant oils because I have a mini orchard now and think I should be using those, but I have no idea what they are exactly. I will definitely be purchasing the fungicide/bactericide because that’s my biggest issue: black spot on roses, powdery mildew, and I think my cherry tree has a fungal disease. For the insects, I’m trying to let the beneficials take care of those. It was a little nerve wracking at times, but they got the job done!

This was a great idea for a video. I'm pretty sure I'll be watching this instead of asking the garden center help around here, I don't see them being knowledgeable on this stuff. I would love to ask Sam what she knows about milky spore for Japanese beetles, basically if it's not go for pets to be walking on it. Next yr I'm investing in some assassin bugs, hoping they help keep me sane for 2 - 3 months.

Coffee is the unsung hero of managing slugs & snails. Coffee grounds work as a physical deterrent & caffeine is toxic to slugs so you can spray a coffee solution to kill slugs as well. Oregon State University published an article earlier this year about it.
