There's a new TV show, presented by Doctor Whippet, which aims to show badly behaved cats to act like well-brought up little pussies. Jon decides to send Garfield to join in so he can learn some manners. The show about a cat names Rascal, a reformed rebel, made up his mind. He gets an unwilling Garfield started on the intensive re-education program right away, but soon Garfield realizes that Rascal is just an actor, and the whole show is a rip-off designed to make money for Doctor Whippet. Rascal soon suggests a tempting deal: he will give Garfield his weight in fish if he will keep his mouth shut. What will Garfield decide?
