Is this really a story about Izzy and Alex's rivalry? Felt like this documentary solely focuses on Izzy. Alex had such an interesting path to the title (indigenous tribe, addiction, #1 striker in the world). He truly is Izzy's boogeyman, the man changed sports to beat Izzy for a 3rd time. There's so many great anime references on character rivalries, epic battles, I feel like all of these things could have greatly improved the doc and painted this rivalry in an epic way.
@ateondeder57252 жыл бұрын
The thing is, Patrick really, really, REALLY thought Izzy was gonna win, so the doc has a very strong "redemption" vibe. I guess he had to shoot the last scenes in a hurry after Poatan showed that nukes for hands matter more than scorecards.

You and MixedMollyWhoppery are my two favorite MMA channels. I just wish you could produce more content faster but I also understand you can't rush a good thing either. I look forward to your next piece. Keep up the excellence dude.

Thanks for sharing this. As a "quiet Black nerd", I went through this. It wasn't until I learned to fight, that the physical bullying stopped (varsity wrestling 😁🤼♂️). Unfortunately, that's the ONLY way to deal with bullies. I wanted to go into MMA but, it was the early 90s era of "no weight classes". I would've been maimed or killed! Education and healthcare have been good careers for me. I'm so happy and proud of fighters like Izzy. I subscribed!🙂👍🏾👋🏽👨🏽⚕️

This is definitely a step down compared to the other videos from this channel

ong your video's are the only ones i can watch patiently without getting bored. I knew things about most UFC fighters and their lifes and now since i have discovered your channel since the Adesanya Documentary i know much more about them and the i am glad to have discovered more about the fighters through you. It looks like there goes much work and also i can sense strong passion by the way your video's are made. Whoever is working on the video's please take them out on a dinner and give em the props they deserve. I am literally binging over here😄

Damn got teary eyed when the spider gave those words to stylebender after the fight passing it to him

excellent video! I love how open Izzy is about some things most people wouldn’t talk about like getting picked on and all that. Kids can be really mean. Love both Izzy and Alex and have nothing but respect for them both. They are warrior legends!

they weren't just "mean" they were incredibly racist and I'm sure kids weren't the only ones who said those things to him... you saw those tweets🙄

yo I thought this was about "The Man Who Broke the Stylebender" and you only spoke about Izzy the whole bloody time. I thought this was a vid a bout Pereira

I love how real IZZY is, who else tells u how it really was instead of some made up BS. I was scared!! I was shaken, i feel him on that. I was always looked down upon myself cause i was smaller than others. Until i reached out and touched someone. Changed my entire life in 1 throw. Never had to deal with a bully ever again. Lovely video tho man as always!

People don't like that, they think he's "Cringe". Humans love lies, characters instead. Fake Faux
