It took me three times watching this before I realized what he was implying by those three knocks on the wood as he was blackmailing her - he KNEW she was going to sabotage the bridge to get back at the princesses later on. And he was more than happy to watch her do it. Minx, both of them!

I love seeing romantically paired characters feed off each other, encourag, challenge, and even bicker all while enjoying themselves. They are alike, which will make for an eternal pairing after all the twists and turns their relationship will go through. Very strong characters and actors. I don't know the original writer or screenwriters but another WOW!

What to say! Whatever I can say about the "Love like the Galaxy" Series, this Epic, Masterpiece Series and about this amazing Couple with awesome and unique Chemistry between them, will be very little! Believe me! Wu Lei and Zhao Lu Xi are a perfect match! The looks of passion between them give and take, even if unintentionally! Their bodies testify to what they themselves "see" or pretend not to see, whether they want to admit it or not, out of selfishness, out of insecurity, out of fear of commitment, I honestly don't know! However, one thing is the truth, whether some people like it or not, even the "protagonists" themselves! Together they are the most fitting, wonderful and beautiful thing the human eye has ever seen! What to say! What else can I say to "wake" them up from their slumber! Sorry!!!💚💜

Taken out of context, that would make sense but he’s actually not confessing, rather he’s repeating something she said about him earlier. And he asks her to get the map b/c if she gives it to him instead of him confiscating it, her uncle will avoid being implicated. I’m only responding because it’s actually great show and he’s not lying or being shady.
