A very emotional film. His prayer near the end brought tears to my eyes.

This film is just an opinion of what the days of Genesis are thought to mean. Is it millions of years? However, if you take the Bible and read the text as is, without looking to outside opinions like millions of years, it says that God created the universe in just six, 24 hour days.

Thanks for the movie but it would have made a better viewing if you had uploaded it with more clarity...it is quite blurry and at 144p it detracts rather than enhances ,from our viewing pleasure.I still dont know how my HD addon is meant to work...guess,that an out of focus upload simply cannot be improved on!

Loved the movie...it was very good! As a women who believes in God I would watch this movie over and over again, however, I did not like the symbol that looks a lot like the devil on the hockey team jerseys. I noticed how it was represented and would ask all to be aware and discern things with in the movie!

Despite having an interesting plot and good acting, this decently entertaining and reasonably well-made movie turned out to be a very disappointing one that may or may not have been produced with sincere intentions in the first place. In either case, the movie is scientifically misguided and is painfully unbiblical in key areas. The attempt to reconcile God’s account of a biblical creation with Darwinian evolution - through “Genesis Code”, day-age theory, gap theory, progressive creationism, theistic evolution, or the like - is fundamentally flawed. The two can never be reconciled - God’s word teaches that God brought everything into existence in perfect form. Evolution requires that perfect form can only develop after many flawed imperfections have fallen short. The bible says that man brought death into the world (Rom 5:12), but Evolution says that death brought man and other living things into the world. There are many more irreconcilable differences. This movie suggests that Day 3 was millions of years long (from man’s perspective). But, if that were true, the plants and grass that were created on Day 3 would have died long ago, while they waited for the sun to rise on Day 4 - millions of years later. This movie suggests that life began on the earth over a period of many millions of years. But, the bible says that each day was 24 hours long - an evening and a morning. Get a King James Bible - God’s only word in English - and read it for yourself. The thesis presented in this movie cannot account for that - regardless of the frame of reference used. An evening and a morning is not millions of years long - in either frame of reference presented. This movie fails to note a very basic biblical principle that God speaks to men with language that was meaningful to them, and not just meaningful to himself - a day is a day, and God said it was an evening and a morning. It is unreasonable to engage in impressing a child with intellectual poppycock; and it is fallacious to equivocate on the meaning of a “day”. So, it is not reasonable that God would have done either. God did what he said he did - he created everything in six literal 24-hour days. Evolution still requires that EVERYTHING came from NOTHING. But the bible says that everything came from God. On the issue of creation/evolution, this movie panders to the elitist, self-professed intellectual (and unfortunately deceives unlearned innocents who trust them) by puffing them with pride for having supposedly found a way to reconcile the Bible with Evolution and to present that scholarly thesis to others as a means of witnessing. This movie repeatedly suggests that Science and God’s Word are opposed to each other (UNLESS they are viewed from this newly discovered perspective - the "Genesis Code"). But TRUE science is perfectly in alignment with the Bible - without deference to evolution or to science falsely so called. WIth TRUE science, there is not scientific evidence anywhere that the earth is more than about six thousand years old. And there is MUCH TRUE scientific evidence that the earth is only six thousand years old - as the bible reports it to be. So, despite having some strong points, this movie is dangerous for children and teens to view - because it falsely reports pseudo-science as true science, and it repeatedly misrepresents God’s word. (Verses quoted from modern versions are not God's word - another isssue with this movie.) We have a reasonably extensive article on this subject at: www.bereanresearchinstitute.com/05_Other_Issues/OTH.0051_01_Creation_-_Evolution_Robert_Howie_Geologist_Mike_Wright_Book_Review.html

Modern humans on the whole think they are so superior to those of the time of Moses, even Jesus. "Look at what we have achieved in the last 150 years as opposed to the thousands past". Electricity, motor cars, blah blah. Man has become his own god reveling in his own power to create 'things'. Man has lost all sight of what is truly important in the pursuit of his own ends. We fought so long to have the right to actually read the Bible as it was a book only kings and clergy were allowed to read, and then what to we go and do???? we try to destroy it's credibility. This has been all the doing of royalty and the global elite for centuries and now we have an apathetic bunch of demi gods (insert global elite here) running the planet, dangling the carrot of iPhones, iPads, flat screen TVs, fast cars, RFID chips etc under our noses and we, the stupid sheeple, lap it up. Why can't people believe the Genesis Code???? It makes perfect sense to me. But alas we have more faith in our iPhones, science and other technology than we do in the Holy Bible. Faith, when planted in good soil and even if it is as small as the grain of a mustard seed can grow to be a mighty tree with a solid root system. Unfortunately this movie did not have what most 'modern humans' require in their entertainment these days.....sex, drugs, copious punch ups or over the top FX... no, it was simple, heart wrenching at times, it was, for lack of a better word, innocent. One other thing it was not....it wasn't 'REALITY TV'. God save us from this most insidious of 'programs'. (You do know they were called 'programs' by design don't you???? They were created to program us to become stupid morons.....FACT) Humanity lost it's innocence a long time ago; have we reached the point of no return??? Have we gone so far up the 'wide' path that we have no hope of finding our way back??? I pray to GOD we haven't.......
