I disagree that De Zebra's systems can work with several teams, including United. He proved this season that he doesn't have it in him to manage a big club after he lead Brighton to a worse finish that in 22/23, and decided to resign because it got too much of a challenge for him. He showed that he can't build a squad for longevity as every club he's managed has regressed after he's been there. He's won ZERO top flight trophies as a manager. The issues at United isn't the manager, it's the squad. The squad isn't a group of players where the players can just be put into a system and perform, as we've seen time and time again. De Zerbi isn't the answer to United's solutions.

Thanks for commenting. I think his squad on 23/24 at Brighton with Europe and the loss of Mitoma and March. He's not perfect I know

I don't think United's team would suit RDZ, they simply wouldn't work hard enough. I think RDZ is quality, but struggled more this season as the system requires quality and is indeed why even Peo has used RDZ's tactical theory this season.
