@@slugintub634 Yuta is a sorcerer by birth, he awoke to his cursed technique at the age of 5-6, but he wasn't aware that there are other people like him or how to consciously use his technique(he wasn't even aware that HE turned Rika into a curse). It was only until he met Gojo who then taught him how to channel his CE, ig this again goes to show how insanely talented Higuruma is, because Yuta wasn't able to figure out how to use his CE and what his CT is for almost 10+ years(hell he didn't even know he was a sorcerer and thought he had those powers due to Rika) but Higuruma who just had 3 months was able to master almost everything about his technique

People often forget that he tried to end his life multiple times and was forced away from his family because of Rika. On the other hand, Higurama had a great incentive to learn more about his cursed technique (he would die if he did not gain any points). The Culling Games also revealed to Higurama that he had a cursed technique. Both have exceptional talent, but we shouldn't ignore how different their situations were.

Sometimes they compare Hiromi to the characters that get strong through effort. However, this isn’t his case imho. Hiromi was very gifted since he snapped and discovered how to use his Domain Expansion. With the correct training and guidance he had the potential to become one of the greatest sorcerers of all time. Maybe he already is, the month he spent training and seemingly learning with Kusakabe is something I wish to be shown in a flashback in the future. Such an interesting and compelling character.

Spoilers if you haven’t read 269 I really liked this scene and I really thought it was over for Higaruma. And yk it’s tragic because he had so much potential. Bro learned RCT and domain expansion in only 2 months of being a sorcerer. And seeing yuji see Higaruma as Nanami in that one panel was beautiful. But then we get chapter 269 and he’s still alive. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not like I wanted him to die but it just feels kinda unsatisfying.
