I’ve been learning how to create and produce my own music. And I’ve got a couple questions: What’s the name of this editing software? And is it any better then GarageBand? (what I’m currently using)

Classic Emo Kid I use Pro Tools. It’s a paid programme and pretty expensive so probably not a first choice if you’re learning and don’t want too spend much money. I prefer it over other DAWs. There is a free version of Pro Tools that you can try out, but they limit you. GarageBand is a good start. Tho a little limiting for recording and editing audio. Logic Pro is good but Mac only. A popular free/cheap programme would be Reaper. Cubase is also very popular. And there’s Abelton which a lot of EDM people use. It really comes down to your budget and which programme you connect with. My favourites and Pro Tools and Logic Pro. But you can do a lot with garage band.

Fl Studio is also a good alternative. Depending on which version you buy you can get everything from basic drum kits, synths, and make your own visualizers.

Did you sidechain? This track already sounds great, but if you sidechain that kick to your bass, pads, atmosphere, and reverb, it would sound fucking phenomenal. Plus it'd get rid of that "clicky" sound at the beginning of each bass hit without you having to draw in automation by hand.

Daniel See yes I sidechained, had to be subtle tho as the kick isn’t just 4/4 and it can mess with the changing bass notes and I wasn’t going for a pumping effect. So I had to automate the side chain compressor a bit too. Cheers.
