Resonance turned up. 4:57 Lid button (lid closed and open). 5:22 Check out Una Corda video. How The Gentleman sounds in a project. How he's adjusted it. EQd the melody so it wouldn't clash with the lows. How it sounds in the mix.

Sanjay, thanks so much for the explanation. I wanted to Download 1 Piano simulator and 1 DAW (my laptop is a potato) , so I need your advice if whats the better piano sound (The Gentleman VS UVI Model D) and for my DAW (Analog Lab Intro VS Ableton Live Lite). Music production is not yet my current goal because I still have to learn music theory and how to play piano with my Minilab 3, but i still need to have a DAW if ever Ill try out music production. For more context, I want to focus more on natural sounding music like bar music, jazz, acid jazz, and music like "Beneath the Mask-Persona 5; Fly Me to the Moon, etc."

It’s custom made to fit the SV1. Look up custom piano desk in Etsy. You may find a builder around you. If you’re in the DC area I can give you a contact. I think he only delivers locally.

Are you happy with SV1 as a controller? I'm looking for a keyboard with real piano feel (and sounds of classical pianos and electric pianos) and I'm torn between SV1 and Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol s88. I love the look of SV1, but I'm not sure how well it works with NI VSTs...

hi...that's the Korg SV1. Its not a midi controller, its more meant for stage performing. But its in-built sounds are amazing - mostly piano and electric piano sounds.

I don't use pianos in my music much. But recently when I had to record a friend I thought the stock pianos in Logic sounded better than the Gentleman. Can you compare the logic stock pianos with the Gentleman?
