Я не специалист в строительстве но хочу понять функцию металлической сетки подполом. Если эта сетка предназначена для защиты от грызунов значит в понимании строителей грызуны это упитанные животные весом от 20-ти килограмм!, так как стыки сетки между собой не стягивают (или не связывают кому как нравится). Поправьте меня если функция этой сетки какая то другая.

@Дмитрий Братищев дом всегда ставят на фундамент, это только в жарких и влажных странах дома ставят на сваях. У нас в таком доме не будет тепла, не уверена, что можно будет повесить тяжёлые ящики или полки на стены..

Nice build nice design overall nice layout but the only thing I didn't like was the R factor of the insulation was pre-poured for cold weather climates you need a lot higher or factor in your installation throughout the house

Точно. Помнится , снял коробку с вольво , висит , и сейчас упадёт, нужно только тележку подргать и поднять под коробку. Тут свет выключают. Обед, и все побежали. Срать они хотели, что она иопнется на землю. Обед по рассписнию😂 Эт про срок. Ну не называть же дом по китайской технологии, или бомжатский. Кто такое купит. В таком доме на куриных ножках, зимой окна сами открываются.

Привет. У нас тоже так строят и даже чуть-чуть быстрее, халтурят как белоруссы при строительстве. Что нельзя вырезать утеплитель точно под размер торца сиппанелей (под весом панелей расплющит утеплитель, так обычно говорят рабочие, а если щель останется при стяжке панели?). Поражен инструментами. А лохи должны постоянно платить. Первыми такой принцип американские капиталисты внедрили. Хотя для тропиков с каменистым грунтом, если сделать спецобработку древесины от паразитов, в принципе, надолго пойдёт даже лет на 50-80.

exactly! Then the title is clickbait. If you add the time to cut the lumber, pricessing of materials, building these components wich they asamble, is alot longer than 4 days. The title should say it takes 4 days to asamble the house, but they forget to say the time it takes to make the foundation, the time wich is usually the most costing to finish the interiors. And i would not trust beams wich are reinforced with particleboards. People also forget one very important thing when building houses, that is condensation, and if you build wood houses that is one thing you have to take very seriously. And do deal with it you basicly can do two things. Let it breath, or seal everything perfectly. The materials they make today are a joke compared to construction materials from 40-50 years ago for example. Especially the particle boards wich they use nowdays to build houses. I see them working that stuff outside covered in snow. That stuff once water inflitrated in it its integrity is gone. They did not seal the joints with foam or some glue, they did not predrill the holes for screws so when they tight them to make a good tight bond. Usually what comes easy goes easy.

Prefabrication is far from new. The biggest problem is, here in the UK at least, the vested interests blocking innovation. Small structures such as this shouldn't be built in traditional bricks and mortar, taking weeks and months to finish. People need houses and this method can provide for couples or small families. Also, large construction companies "bank" development land and refuse to free up this land until they can extort a huge price for the properties they build.

Первый венец нужно сковородней ложить. И не использовать гвозди, а нагели деревянные, и запилы нужно не менее 150 мм делать иначе при ведении грунта может просто вырвать брус с бруса.

@@dr5290 You got it wrong mate. It dosn't mean houses like this in Germany or other European county but ther ise house like this in Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, probably in Gemany as well . Manufacturer in Germany that why is called German House! You can ordered from any country you like .

We did this in Britain after the war because of shortages of housing they were modern inside people who had a fridge or bathroom for the first time they were great Intended to last 50year plus I think some are still lived in now But of course they took too much land so high rise came in They were called Fabricated houses

There are still quite a lot of the 2 story semi-detached prefabricated post war homes all around the country today

They were only intended to last ten years, but they were capable of lasting several decades. I believe a handful may still survive.

Interesting build, but the half lap and other joints in the main floor beams looked pretty rough and gapped. Chainsaw is not the best tool for those kind of cuts IMO

Я сейчас живу в каркаснике, построенном в полукилометре от моря, 11 лет назад мастерами из Узбекистана. Сделали на скорую руку, применяя саморезы, материалы примерно похожие. Ветра здесь нередко больше 30 м/с и влажность очень высокая. Но домик стоит. Жить в нём очень даже приятно.

"за 4 дня" - очень спорно, бригада может за 4 дня и собрала конструктор на месте, но этому предшествовало несколько недель постройки всех компонентов на заводе. ЗЫ, такая себе реклама бригады, качество сборки никакое

Probably should say 4 days to ready for fine finishing - more than lock up but not fully finished in 4 days. I would guess it could shorten building schedule from piers install to less than 30 days. Probably additional 30 days for services and footings/piers. Prefab does help in getting a lot of the work done in a weather controlled environment making the work at the job site go much smoother. Well done and nice design.
