What you won't really see in any American gangster like games is the atmosphere of a beautiful and at the same time notorious city. This soundtrack finishes the dark side of London with an abolutely epic soundtrack

Not just that but in American gangster games you don't get the grime and nastiness festering under the iconic urban sprawl. This is what makes The Getaway so damn good-it's not afraid to go dark and sinister and it's got a very one-of-a-kind London pang to it.

To everyone saying the composer is "Ninja Tunes", good lord no, that's just the label (they have some awesome affiliated artists, it's one of my favourite labels, and in "electronica" it's definitely my favourite one) The guy behind this is a Brazilian gent called Amon Tobin. His works are FANTASTIC. He already has over 6 albums since he began in the 90's and I don't know which one is my favourite. All his stuff is usually dark (like this), but he has a bit of everything.
