The Getaway - E3? Demonstration Beta Version - Unfinished "Under Construction" Areas

If you manage to break out of the playable area you will find these unfinished places with a huge "Under Construction" sign placed on them.
It somewhat seems like you might have been able to free roam everywhere on this Demonstration Version but it is blocked with cop vehicles and a 10 seconds out of bounds timer that makes you fail the mission.
The game also runs extremely bad compared to the final version and it feels like the lag is somewhat programmed because i tried to disable most of the render and vehicles on the road before i n hope i was able to make the game more playable with less lag and i still got heavy lag spikes after.
Vehicle damage is also much more intense.
I had to speed up all vehicles to make the lag less annoying because how slow everything moves often.

I think the Getaway could be remade completely in Unity now.
