There is this fantastic book - that I'm going to leave in the description - hopefully, you get a chance to read it. I watched quite a few movies, and read quite a few sites, and other sources - but I found the book "Go Down Together - The True, Untold Story of Bonnie and Clyde" by Jeff Guinn to give me the best background knowledge on the topic. -- In fact, Jeff was quoted online when the Barrow's gas station in West Dallas was being torn down - I found his knowledge on the subject plentiful - and it's a great read! Check it out.
