The scariest part is that the council didn’t give a definite “yes” to the termination. Suggesting they may try to get as much testing on Jessica until the 1 year containment limit. Prolonging her suffering.

Fascinating, but also I wonder if the author who came up with this SCP was under the influence of lysergic acid diethylamide, mescaline, or ketamine, because if not... then dear God, how do you come up with stuff like this? Is the anomaly _still_ Jessica Lambert, but alternating between dissociative amnesia and self-awareness, or are they/ it merely related but separate entities endlessly dying and birthing over and over forever, sometimes inheriting residual memories of the person/ creature that they spawned from, other times remembering nothing, but always guaranteed to endlessly be born just to die, never knowing peace or stability? It's an existential horrorshow! Edit: It also just occurred to me that she is/ they are an unaware and untrained reality manipulator, in addition to having some degree of psychic ability, and every time they die and are reborn, they get bigger and bigger, which brings to mind Tetsuo's "Ego Collapse" form from _Akira_ , which leads me to the assumption that she/ they could potentially end the universe by either taking up all space in it till there's no room left to grow into, or turn everybody into a physical copy of Jessica Lambert, their original identity erased (and that's assuming they don't die immediately afterwards)!
