Enjoy Henrietta - I had Australorps for years and indeed the last of them, Bossy, died just a few weeks ago, aged 13! She was definitely the flock leader right to the end. There's something special about forging a relationship with chickens! Now the crown of Queen of the roost has passed on to a tiny bantam called Speckle. She is almost 11 and was actually hatched by Bossy!

All climate activists that think these animals are the problem should watch the difference of how they have fertilised and changed your land and take a moment to just learnt about regenerative farming. This in no way is worse for the planet than mining for lithium and what’s needed for avocados and almonds etc. if only we could all stop trying to cancel each other out and find a way to balance so we can all enjoy it that would be something. ❤
