Met Charles Stanley after his sermon on stage. He looked at me and said my oh my if you two aren’t sister! She was in town to visit and I took her first Baptist. He was the most genuine person I ever met. I started following him when I was in a downward spiral spin in the 1990’s. He turned my life around immediately. I cried and cried that I could return to Christ with fait, hope and love. I have turned many around because they wonder what turned me around and such a strong spirit and Christian and credit it to Charles Stanley.

I say this out the love of God! Since I can’t speak to you, I hope you can read it in a loving tone. You don’t need to use time as a wall to protect yourself. God loves you more than you can ever know since you were born, right now, and will for the rest of your life. Remember that if you’ve given your life to Christ, you are set apart and will not fit in in worldly places. Ask God to surround you with Holy Spirit filled people that will love you,and to to be healed so you may receive their love. God uses people, much He is with me now, to share his love. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. You are not done being merciful. You are God’s child and cannot help but be merciful. The hurt ends in heaven where there are no more tears. Be strong and courageous and keep going forward in the love of the Lord. God does not want you hiding behind any shades. Remember what he said, his grace is sufficient❤.🙏🙏🙏 His yoke is easy and his burden is light. Ask the Holy Spirit for peace he will give it to you. But you have to be willing to receive it. We have brothers and sisters all over the world that have it so much worse than we do right now. Literally being skinned alive sacrificed killed in the middle of the streets for worshiping our Lord.

Dr. Charles Stanley's sermons still live on. This sermon has answered a life long question I've had for years. Praise the lord. For years people have called me a walking mat. Always felt so sad for others, even when so many people have said, I need to stop helping every one I see that asks me for help, even if im in need myself. I do always believe that a gift without godly wisdom will oppose the will of God. We need the wisdom of God in everything we have and do, cause if we only rely on ourselves and understanding to apply our gift, the result possibly become unfruitful.

I completely agree! I’ve seen someone who claims to have the gift of mercy work in the flesh and enables certain people and doesn’t have “mercy” for others…actually, thinking about it, is a little hateful towards some. It’s frustrating to watch because it’s delaying God’s plan for the persons being enabled. It’s a mess and I need prayer and guidance to know how to deal with this person.
