Like that of apricots, mulberry season passes in the wink of an eye (and can be said to snatch hearts) each spring. Farmer Mohamed Soltan describes mulberries as "a spontaneous and joyous treat", and forager Mai Mostafa considers them "a gift from God." In this video, Soltan and Mostafa share with us their intimate connection with mulberries, from cultivation and harvesting to, of course, the joy of eating.
