Solitude is choosing aloneness it’s a quality decision to invest in yourself.
The greatest thinkers in history were all marked by solitude, so without it where will our great thinkers come from.

I have felt alone all my life, even within company. At times especially with company. So I gave them all up. . .and now years and years later, my solitude is my friend. In fact I much prefer it. Its as if its the reason I came here. To be with myself and become me.

Spending time alone gave me the keys to understanding and overcoming chronic anxiety caused by growing up in a household of constant violence. Being in nature showed me the only thing that truly exists right here and now is the what is directly in front of you. 99% of the bs that people/society project onto you is their own fears derived from illusionary insecurities they haven't figured out themself. Stoicism is a powerful tool.
