Well, the Bible has said, " And God hath set some in the church, First apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, After that miracles, Then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities/kinds of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? But Covet Earnestly the Best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a More Excellent way. " 1Corinthians 12: 28-31 All of the gifts are still available, and in full effect to whosoever will , that is in the Lord ! 😊

The Lord have mercy on this teaching which is guiding believers wrongly. I highly reverent Pastor Jones and I like his sermons very much. However, the saying that the gifts of the Spirit ceased is absolutely incorrect. It is not even biblical although it is very widely stated. ‪1 Corinthians‬14:1 KJV 1 Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. The apostle will not ask followers to desire something which is already ceased or withdrawn. ‪ Romans‬15:4 KJV 4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. They are written for us now to desire the gifts of the Spirit. ‪Joel‬2:28 KJV 28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: ‪Acts‬2:33 KJV 33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. The gifts are never suggested by the scriptures to be withdrawn. But on the contrary, in the Galatian church they were there, and in the great tribulation it will still be there: ‪Galatians‬3:5 KJV 5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? ‪Revelation‬11:4-6 KJV 4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. Moreover what the Pentecostal movements have shown is that they are prevalent today. What I personally encountered is also proving the Lord’s power and gifts through the chosen vessels are never ever diminished. As the Lord is teaching in John 14: ‪John‬14:12 KJV 12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. They can at least be the gifts of miracles and prophecy. Plus this: ‪Matthew‬10:19-20 KJV 19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. 20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. This is obviously the gift of prophecy. If in such emergent circumstances disciples can prophesy how much more when we are filled with the Spirit we can preach what the Spirit speaks inside us? Now more people came to understand what that means. Preach without foreknowledge of what is to be being preached. That is absolutely the work and gift of the Holy Spirit. Moreover it goes on and on in MARK 16, ‪Mark‬16:17-18 KJV 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. They are instituted by the Lord and we are in the same end time. They are given to followers to witness the Lord. ‪Mark‬16:19-20 KJV 19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. 20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. I pray more followers of the Lord Jesus Christ will reach the goal of the Lord: ‪Ephesians‬4:13 KJV 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
